REFUNDS

We offer a 14 day refund policy (from product arrival) for physical items that are unused and undamaged upon return. All return costs are payable by the customer (unless faulty) and need to be sent via tracked means.

Our digital products are unable to be refunded, exchanged or returned after purchase due to the digital nature of them.

FAULTY ITEMS

For any faulty or damaged items, please let us know within 14 days of product arrival for a replacement.
